New full automatic assembly and testing equipment for a new component: cooling pipe for new electric vehicle platform.Yearly annual volume 1.000.000 units.
The machine assembles two bushings and 2 o-rings on two plastic pipes (left and right). The test consists in a leakage test which can determine which o-ring is defect and with special sensor the presence and correct mounting of the busing is checked. A final laser marking with Datamatrix certifies the conformity of the part.
The automatic assembly line has been developed and assembled by Techpol automation department that can boast now dozens of successful projects.
