The assembly equipment is designed to assemble a connector. On a round table with 8 positions cables, housing and connector are manually loaded. The machine will carry out automatically following operations:
- Cables fitting
- 100% check of bushing presence
- Welding
- Pull force test to check welding quality
- Application of resin
A robot picks up the finished product and on a separate test bench a tightness and an ohmic test are performed.
