On May 29th Techpol organized a workshop on workplace safety in the location of Santa Teleucania, in the Municipality of Morro d’Alba, which involved the employees of the Robotics & Automation division, Maintenance Technicians, Toolmakers, Shift Managers and their deputies.
The aim of the meeting was to remind all the co-workers involved the procedures for safety in the company and to strengthen the culture of safety as a strategic value.
Safety, is crucial if aimed at real preventive measures, is one of the priorities of the Company Management and the two Owners Maurizio and Giuliano Romagnoli wanted to give a strong signal of awareness with this event. In Italy there are still too many cases of accidents where non-compliance with the rules has caused avoidable accidents.
The principles that were strengthened during the event remain those well formulated by the Company and always upheld: Supervision, Prevention,Training. Values that represent the route to be followed now and for the future with a view to continuous improvement.
