Techpol Quality Laboratory can boast high-tech machines with notable range of operation, and high-end technology when it comes to multi-sensor measuring machines.
Using a machine like the Zeiss Contura or O INSPECT 442 in our laboratory allows us to optimize quality control as well as inspection of new parts to give reliable results both to production and to customers especially in the project development phase.
Along metrology equipment our Lab can test raw material both as granulate as on finished b (after processing) with a number of machines among which: ovens (for aging and impulse test), Vicat HDT; IR Spectrophotometer; DSC; Analytical and Thermogravimetric balance; Melt flow; Charpy; Dynamometer, Glossmeter.
