Here at Techpol we invest constantly in technology and automation in order to improve productivity and decrease time to market.
10 new robots have been integrated to our machine range made of 50 injection moulding machines with clamping force ranging from 50 to 800 tons, 10 of which are two-shots for the production of 2 components parts.
Our production is offering state-of-the-art technology with an average age of 5 years . The constant update of our machines and the progressive switch from hydraulic to Hybrid or full electric machines are a guarantee for energy saving and improvement of working environment..
These new robots will allow us to further improve our capacity and flexibility.
