Techpol has just installed a new 650-ton bi-material molding machine which adds to the already large fleet of 2K molding machines in order to have even more flexibility and production capacity.

The newcomer is an Hybrid Machine produced by Krauss Maffei with a hydroblock system of the GX bi-material series, with an index system with over 2,000 kg of capacity on the rotary table. A decidedly innovative factor is the adaptive quality with the APC injection system that adjusts the injection system adaptively, bringing the process closer to absolute quality. This management is extended to peripherals such as thermoregulators, dehumidifiers hot chambers sensor systems in the mold, all managed by the machine in cycle time.
