Since January 2022 up today, 18 people have been hired with a permanent contract, 16 in the Production Department and 2 in the Offices, half of them are women.
Our company currently has 181 employees, with an average age of 39 years old and a quota of 40%. The managerial and strategic roles in Techpol are equally distributed between men and women and competence is the rewarding element.
Skills and competences of individuals are combined with the most modern technologies and the most advanced automation systems, with the aim of creating products with greater added value, satisfying increasingly complex needs and at the same time offering very high quality levels.
