Our mold workshop is now equipped with a new machine: the DN Solutions DNM 6700L Overmach vertical machining center which will give additional flexibility to our workshop.
This new Machining Center will allow for ever greater support to production in terms of execution speed, increased availability, high standards of precision and satisfaction of safety requirements.
In fact, the machine will allow within our production organization a good reduction of "lead times" and "throughput times" in the creation of injection moulds, which are strategic for us in the production cycle.
The investment follows our philosophy of "vertical integration" to be increasingly oriented towards a "turn-key" concept, masters and managers of the entire production process: from the design to the shipment of the product to the final customer.
